ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 The European Parliamentary Financial Services Forum (EPFSF) has opened new offices in Brussels two years ago and is now recruiting a highly motivated individual (starting date: 1 July 2010)

The successful candidate’s principal responsibilities:

  1. General support to the Director, including diary management.
  2. Office management: relations with suppliers, accounting and budget control, invoices, membership fees, etc.
  3. Support for event organisation (lunch/dinner/breakfast events, special events, training sessions).
  4. Support for the organisation and follow-up of internal meetings (Board, General Assembly, Financial Industry Committee, Parliamentary Committee).
  5. Publications and online communication: input into Website, data base management.

The successful candidate’s personal profile:

  1. English mother tongue or actual equivalent.
  2. Preferably 1 to 5 years of experience.
  3. Secretariat training and computer literacy.
  4. High sense of responsibility and work ethics.
  5. Effective organisational skills.
  6. Able to perform multiple tasks under pressure.
  7. Autonomous and flexible.
